Nabla Rail Fastening System / Railway Fastening System
Nabla fastening system is a safe and reliable railway fastening system that most widely used in Europe. In general, Nabla fastening system can be used in Tram, LRT, Metro, Main Line and High-Speed tracks. The special shape of the Nabla blade generates a dynamically stable toe load on the steel rails when the rail nut is torqued.

The General Introduction
The Nabla Fastening System for ballasted track and slab track has the same key features that have made the Nabla system a success for decades.
It allows us to further enhance and simplify the installation operations and track maintenance.
The principle of Nabla Fastening System is to separate electrical insulation from the lateral support function by using two components assembled in the factory. By separating the two functions, it has been possible to use higher strength wear material in the lateral restraint block, thus increasing the life of the component and also providing means of lateral adjustment.

1. Tensions to refusal for consistency of application force applied to the rail
2. Lateral adjustment in increments of 1.25 mm upto typical maximum +/- 10mm
3. Optimized for gauge widening in tight radius curves.
